RUSTY'S ALBUM; CAMERO'S @ MANNUM ...back in the day

Here's a collection of memories featuring Camero's that belonged to friends and other Mannum locals back in the day. Cheers Rusty .... Wasn't it cool how a new boat on the river would always create a buzz of excitement throughout the caravan park.

RUSTY'S ALBUM

So much to see in this ripper shot from Rusty's collection... pure Australiana! Sandman, Val, Kingswood, Falc, Beddie and even a flanno hanging from the near new Sterling Monza. Can bet there's plenty of Aussie Crawl, Chisel & Dragon rockin the ghetto blasters at these campsites. These are the kind of pic's we love seeing ....please show us YOURS.

RUSTY'S ALBUM; "STRESS"

Downtown Mannum back in the day ... "STRESS" belonged to an old mate of Rusty's who sadly passed too soon. He's not sure what become of the big block beast, so would like to hear if she's keeping well. I'm guessing she's a Sanger ? Love the ol Val. .... ripper pics Rus ;)

RUSTY'S ALBUM ; AN OLD FLAME

Prior to Rusty's sweet creamy clinker we looked at last week was this lovely timber queen of unknown origins. Motivation was supplied by a thumping 318 Chrysler running direct drive. The Camero seat and engine hatch were fitted by a previous owner (quite appropriate as Rusty is Oz's biggest Camero fan) and Rusty finished her off with a heap of work such as the cut down tinted screen and a new trailer as the old one barely made it home.
Gone but not forgotten, we would appreciate hearing any thoughts from our wooden guru's in regards to who may have originally made her.
Hit Rusty's album tag below to check out his current craft and be sure to call back to see some ripper future installments to this album ...thanks for sharing mate.

Rusty's Album; "CHAN-DOO"

Just love these sentimental old snaps! Here's Rusty's Dad's old Pride 'CHAN-DOO' way back when.
Precious memories of a lifetime holidaying on the Murray @ Mannum have led Rusty to become a real bona fide aussie ski boat fanatic with plenty of knowledge and great old pics like this to share with us.... cheers mate.

Rusty's Album; Part 1

Rusty has sent in an amazing collection of treasured pics snapped throughout the years. Let's start with the current apple of his eye, this ripper mystery clinker. Someone out there must know what she is, any clues to her origins would be greatly appreciated. Power is supplied by an oldschool 272 Y block Ford and direct drive.Rusty's had her for a number of years and has recently performed a bunch of improvements including that neat new trailer and Volante screen. A new alloy fuel tank is ready to be slipped in, then a bit of trim work and a bimini to protect the family and she's ready to rock again.
Plenty more from Rusty yet to come ;) ..... Huge thanks mate.
