"TORMENTA"

Sparkling like a star isn't she! Rapt to hear from Tim, the proud new owner of "TORMENTA". Hard to believe this Murray Princess is near 30 years old ...still looks spankers! Great that she has found a very appreciating home that promises to love and look after her every bit as finicky as her previous skipper. Be sure to click on these pics (enlarge) to see just how awesome that shine is.

POLKS' OLD NORDIC

Most of the time ex's are best left forgotten but in this case she was such a sexy beast ...just look at that ass! She's with someone else now and Polks has moved on to an even sweeter ride but this metal flaked beauty still holds a place in his heart. She was/is a Camero Nordic Mk2 packing a 350 and dog box. They got off to a bumpy start due to her habit of leaking oil and leaving quite a mess in her undies. Being a gentlemen, Polks saw this as an opportunity to clean her up and make a lady of her once again. Many good memories were shared out on the water since then so its pleasing to report that they parted ways happily after one last quick smooch :)
Hit the 'Polks' label below to check out his latest squeeze ....she's smokin!

the "MISTREATED" album; 'MISTREATED Ski Racing' ....(aka "SIROCCO IV") ...(aka "CLEVELAND EXPRESS")

Here's another ripper from Garry's repertoire of magic boats. Beast is/was a Skicraft Interceptor II running a stinking hot 302 Cleveland feeding from 4x dual-throat downdraught Webers. Originally purchased from A.R. Marine in Vic., where she was raced by A.Revelle in the 5.2ltr class before he stepped up to the unlimited's (possibly the other A.R. Interceptor we seen in a random post previously?) Garry hauled her home across the Nullarbor to W.A. where the 'Mistreated' team raced her throughout the 80's. ...Too cool!

the POTTS FAMILY album; JF06S ..... Camero Farina

This beautiful early 70's Farina has been a cherished member of the Potts family since the mid 80's. Undergoing numerous resto's and rebuilds over the years, this magnificent paint job was applied by Dean Borg of Performance Marine and Body Works in her home state of S.A. back in 2002. Current condition gives an indication of how well loved and kept she is. Her original Rolco 308 is still in place and considering her age Mal is rapt with the boats performance and handling ...especially on the nice, glassy River Murray surface where she recently spent nine glorious days on the water for the family's Easter holidays.
The crew are currently undertaking some minor cosmetic upgrades to the interior in readiness for next season.
A stunning boat mate, thanks for the joy!

the POTTS FAMILY album; "TORMENTA" ....for sale

Ski boats and the mighty Murray are just a way of life for the Potts family. Sadly "TORMENTA" is on the block so we'll start with her before we take a peek at the other beautiful classics in their fleet. Born in 1985 and one of only 25 built, she's a limited edition Camero Nordic Mk II running a 350 Chev and has all the bells and whistles.
Here's a link if your after a good strong boat >>> camero-nordic-mkll-limited-edition  ...thing is mint !!
