the "MISTREATED" album; "VALTEL-LINA"

Regulars will definitely recall Garry's impressive gold Shepirocraft we looked at last month. From there we head right back to the beginning of his album to the boat that started it all, the lovely "VALTEL-LINA", named so after the beloved homeland were Garry's father learnt his woodcraft.
The family wood works business was located right next door to Pacemaker in Inglewood W.A., manufacturers of small pleasure craft from the 60's through to the 80's. Her bare fibreglass hull was obtained in a trade for timber before Dad built the beautiful wooden deck and fitted her out with a Falcon 170 Pursuit motor brought new from Ford complete with Tawco marinising and dog box. Absolutely beautiful!
