not too sure about that? doesn't seem to have a tumble home stern like the Tornado. Bow certainly looks Tornado'ish. I wonder if its a deviation from the Glen L plans?
It was at the Sydney Maritime Museum several years ago on display with a sign saying that it was a Glen-l. It had a 427 chev in it from memory. Hull navy blue in colour. It may have had the plans modified.
Thanks heaps for the info. Rapt to know the colour, have only looked at this B&W pic for over 20yrs now :) Must get to that Sydney Maritime Museum one day soon, sounds like they've always got a speed boat or three on display. I'm also an avid sailor so I'm sure they can entertain me. Cheers
