Very late reply I’m sorry… Challenge belonged to an old mate for a long time (He has passed away now). I skied behind the boat for the 1st time on the Hawkesbury when I was about 12 (I’m 53 now). We used to go to Wyangala a couple of times a year as well. I’m not sure when he sold it. He lived in Sydney but had ties to Parkes NSW as well. If I remember correctly, she’s about 18ft long, a very long bow that wasn’t overly reinforced on the deck (she used to have quite a few stress fractures from the uninitiated crawling along the deck). Had an adjustable cav plate. Had a mild 350 Chev that was good for about 65-70mph. A lovely old ski boat with quite a unique lay out.
Challenge, is one sexy boat. N.S.W. region.
